​Virginia Association of Secondary Principals (VASSP) wanted an update regarding principal mobility and supportive actions provided by their divisions. The results from the 2020 study provided insights that the organization, as well as the Virginia Foundation for Educational Leaders (VFEL), needed for future professional development.
